After weeks of slush, rain, snow and more slush, the weather cooperated just in time for Kate and Caleb's wedding on March 6th. With blue skies and "balmy" 40-degree weather, the entire wedding party had a blast cruising around in the party bus on Madison's east side.
I've known Kate for a number of years, so it was really great seeing her face glowing with affection toward Caleb -- they were inseparable the entire time taking pictures. Most of the time I could just sit back and let them interact with each other. I think the pictures really show through how much Kate and Caleb truly love each other.
The reception was held in a beautiful barn-turned-wedding-reception-area just outside of Madison in Deerfield. The barn offered wonderful views of the dance floor as the spot light followed Kate and Caleb for their first dance as a couple.
Wedding guests soon joined Kate and Caleb on the dance floor, where everyone tried their best rendition of Beyonce's "Single Ladies" while a quiet Wisconsin sunset put a close to a beautiful day.
